Our team of investigators are proud to be members of TALI-Texas Association of Licensed Investigators,NAIS-National Association of Investigative Specialists, NLLI-National League of Licensed Investigators, Investigators of America, Association of Christian Investigators, and F.L.I.P.-Female Legal & Investigative Professionals.  Our investigators are experienced and many of our investigators come from law enforcement backgrounds having worked in the field as detectives and investigators.  The owner of the company, Hugo Flores was a former police detective.  He has extensive experience and knowledge in investigating criminal cases.  He is bilingual and speaks, reads, and writes Spanish fluently.  He is an expert at conducting witness interviews and obtaining witness statements for criminal investigations. Mr. Flores graduated at the top of his police academy class and was awarded the top achiever award for having earned the highest grade point average in his police academy class.  Our office manager, Stacy Flores is a licensed female private investigator in Texas and has prior investigation experience as a District Parole Officer for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-Parole Division as well as experience working in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-Institutional Division.  She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology and Corrections from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas in 1988.  Mrs. Flores earned her Master of Science Degree in Education from the University of Houston at Clear Lake, Texas in 2002.  Our newest female private investigator, Betty Davis, was instrumental in having Texas Legislation passed to protect consumers after she conducted a series of undercover surveillance investigations against nail salons in Texas.  Her investigative stories have been featured on a variety of websites and news channels in Texas.  Nail Salons Exposed was shown on KFDM-TV, a CBS affiliate in Beaumont, Texas where her exceptional surveillance proved that nail salons had been using unsanitary, and illegal nail tools.
